Gaspari's SuperPump 250

so i was on the BSN Mass Stack... decided to get off of it because of the money and gas prices and such... wallet is running low, decided to go with something a little cheaper and less of a hassle to manage when to take them, and i ran into GNC and some other nutritional stores and talked to the employee.. he said that he highly recommends SuperPump 250 as it has mostly everything that the Mass stack has in it.

I was wondering if anyone else has had experince with this supplement... side effects, how much did you gain.. if you lost any weight.. ect..

It looks decent and i have heard good things about it, but you can get it MUCh cheaper online than in GNC.

Believe the Hype

I took it about a year ago and other than the side effects, was really impressed. GREAT pumps. Pretty damn good gains. However, the taste was an aquired one. At first, I'd drink about half the glass then I felt like vomiting. I really struggled to get it down. Then, with practice...I didn't even mind the disgusting taste anymore. The final side effect that sent me to nox-cg3-----the ****s. I constantly had diarrhea. Perhaps I was doing something wrong, not enough of something else to balance it out.

Yet, now I'm on the super expensive nox-cg3 and am sooooo disappointed by it, I'm considering going back to the super pump 250.

also, I noticed my body fat decreasing pretty quickly.
Excellent product if you don't mind eating Imodium AD all day, every day.

Yeah i have heard about the problem of hershey's on this product.

i took this stuff for a while, and it is indeed an acquired taste you develop. As far as bowel movement goes, i didnt necessarily have the ****s, but i did notice something different, to put it nicely. I have switch to universal nutrition and the animal pak line. am loving it. gaspari has been nothing but trouble for me.

Has anyone tried this product with creatine?

well you guys probably had the s***ts  because you didnt take it on empty stomache... i dunno if thats the problem or not but thats why people had the sh**ts when they took No Xplode

other than that what are some other side effects/ and how much did you guys gain on bench/muscle mass

I'm on my 4th tub and I have had no issues with SuperPump, I love the stuff.  Great energy and pumps at the gym !

If your eating cleanly, and drinking a lot of water, this stuff is the sh*t, with out making you have to sh*t. 30 minutes before a work out(empty stomach) and im jacked to the hilt. No other products done to me what Super Pump does. While at first the taste is a little strong, less than two weeks, and it can actually taste good. It goes really well with Size on by Gaspari Nutrition. Its good stuff with no side effects.

Was going to look into Superpump250 and see what it is about, but It has Mono Creatine in it... Sucky!

i dont know much about superpump 250, but ive heard some bad things about gasparis products in general.. right now im taking sizeOn and its working pretty well.. althought i do hate creatine mono.

this product is awesome i dont know why anyone complains about this taste its 100times better than nano vapor actually this stuff taste great to me. try nano vapor and then this stuff and tell me it taste worse. ive been on the superpump and sizeon stack for 3 weeks now 156lb to 163lb gained maybe 15lbs on bench but every exercise has gone up a good 10-30 lbs and i get out more reps u almost dont want to stop working out although i had to quit a few times because i was starting to hurt and risked injury. and yes the ****z i get em everyday straight liquid poop all day its terrible the gains are not worth it once im done with this stack never again even tho so far im damn impressed only way ill take again is if i make massive strides in my last 3 weeks on this stuff if not not worth crapping my pants but i recommend the stack if u need a quick size boost. overall superpump size on stack gets a b+

i am taking the superpump as well, but i have sizeon too. i dont know when to take size on because its in pill form. any advice out there?

I really like Superpump myself. i personally have never had the ****s. What i do is eat breakfast around 930am and i let my food digest for one hour. I take superpump at 1030am and hit the gym before 11am. The only side effect I have experienced is a piss a lot. I'm not sure if it's just the caffeine or what...

BTW: Superpump is legit, it is the best pre workout IMO. Take it on an empty stomach, and you won't get the sh!ts.
