I've heard from many of my fellow team mates that .. You should do creatine powder for 2 weeks and than take 2 weeks off of it . Is this true ? What do you guys think ?

You'll never get the full benefits (if any)  going 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.  Right when you get off the cycle, your body is on the verge of seeing the gains from the creatine.
No, I'm not on steroids but thank you for asking.

creatine is something you need to stay on for atleast about a month. I would highly recommend doing the loading phase for faster results. DRINK LOTS OF WATER WHEN ON CREATINE!!!!!!!

twelve weeks on six weeks off.thats the best rotation.it can take up to six weeks for creatine to fully leave your body.
