Dammit I forgot the tuna!  I made this a few mornings ago, with just the eggs and peanut butter.  It tasted like nothing I have ever eaten before.  Not that bad, I'll definately do it again with tuna next time, though
Punch me in the face! Do iiiiiiiiitt!

I think he's on a cut though, so if it's not enough, he'll wanna eat some more. (I dunno whether you're not a cut, but it looks like it from what you said)

If yoru cutting you can use hot sauce instead of peanut butter. Itll make it 160 or so less calories.
Currently Bulking Big Time:

Started 9-7 @ 147 lbs

Goal - To not stop bulking until spring and gain at least 3 lbs a month

that takes out a huge part of the meal though.  peanut butter is probably the best thing in that combination.

dude, you're young and you're way ahead of the game.

go on a crazy dirty bulk, and i mean CRAZY.  when you get to a certain weight, cut it all off.  you'll be ripped

everyone has to do atleast 1 dirty bulk and 1 hardcore cut in their life IMO.  it makes it easier for you to do everything else, and allows you to see the extremeties of body building

Who said I Was young..I mean I can be a 30 year old for all you know..lol

Good point but the reason why I never did a crazy dirty bulk is because I always had a  fear of fxcking up the cut and staying like that or just not becoming as lean as I use to be
