Most commercial peanut butter has added sugar and fat.  True nut butters are just nuts ground to a paste.

egg whites are the part of the egg that are white... not the shell or yolk. the yolk is the yellow part.

Alright! I just voted for this in out of bounds and I look and its here thanks Mark!

Ok My favorite food by far right now is "Peanut Butter Tuna Eggs"

First take 1 can tuna. I use chicken of the sea brand only because the can is a little better, the top doesn't bend much when you drain the water, other brands make it hard to drain your tuna because of their cheap cans. Drain the tuna put it in a bowl. Next take some eggs, I use 4 whites and 1 whole, but if your really hungry use more I guess. Then here's my secret, although I guess many people know it, I found it out for myself many years ago, I add chili powder. A lot, it doesn’t make it spicy. However the spices cook into the eggs and the flavor of the eggs is amazing. Mix your drained tuna and fried eggs in a bowl, add a few tablespoons of peanut butter, I know it sounds gross but it really is good. If your cutting, add some hot sauce. Eating it by itself is good, but it is better with Hot Sauce or Pnut butter.

Depending on how you make it the calories and protein can vary greatly.

Approx w/ 2TBSP NATURAL pnut butter
450 Cals
56g's protein
6 carbs.

From what I have heard taking in more than like 30g's of protein is a waste because your body can only digest so much at one time, so split this up into two meals and eat it with some whole grain pasta or other carb.

My question for you is does your crap come out looking like red hot lava and burn your ass and stomach as badly?

Tried it tonight... used all natural Hot n' Spicy peanut butter... tastes a little bland but it's edible... no belly aches yet or fiery pooping.  Will update on the fiery pooping.

Generally you are only supposed to eat 1 can of tuna every 3 days so you don't get poisoned.
