Well i recently started dieting, and i am using fitday.com to keep my stats on my calorie intake.
I had the following to eat today:
Creatine powder + Water
Omelete (1 egg, 3 egg whites, slice of ham, mozarella)
Mini Carrots
3 Chewy Bars (i dont think this is good but i need some help with things to bring to school instead of this)
Salad (with ham, turkey, cheese, light ranch)
Bean and Cheese Burrito (i really shouldnt have had this, was hungry at school, barely making 2000 cals anyway)
Mini Oreos (Yeah same as above, needed cals)
Overall this ended up with these stats:
grams cals %total
Total: 2003
Fat: 100 896 46% Sat: 36 320 16%
Poly: 5 44 2%
Mono: 15 139 7%
Carbs: 211 778 40% Fiber: 16 0 0%
Protein: 73 293 15% Alcohol: 0 0 0%
What should i be eating more of to lose weight, i am not concerned with keeping muscle i really just wanna lose weight. Using the calculators i need around 2300 cals, but i dont think going a few hundred under is that bad, especially when i eat some semi-junk food. Please help me figure out some substitutes i can eat for high calories and as little fat as i can.
Oh yeah and im eatting all these about 1.5 to 3 hours apart.
