I Changed my diet completely from day 1 and have continued a strick eating habit that has become a part of me. Weightlifting is truly a livesytle than a hobby. I started at 145 22% fat at 05-24-04. I have played soccer since I could walk and in middleschool began playing football, thats were I got hooked. Now I'm at 172 12% fat as of today the pictures were taken by me. Kind of cheesy but no one was around today.

Hey, wow, congrats! Excellent work! You definitely must have a presence when you walk into a room. Exploit that, baby! I see you have recalcitrant calves. I hate that--I have the same problem! IMHO, yours could use a little boosting to match your impressive chest, stomach and arms. I'm not sure if it's the pics or not, but your back doesn't seem as impressive as your front? I'm suspicious it's the lighting/pics. But overall, what a great story, and what an excellent physique. You should be proud--and share as many details as you want to inspire us!

Thanks for your feedback. My goals are all around athlete. I worked out my whole body but it seems like the top and arounds developed faster. I saw more gains in strength like on the box squat, but in size arms won. On back It needs work I understand. Also calves they are hard to work out, I don't feel the burn anymore, and when I go up in wieght sometimes I can't get it off the stress plate, and don't want to make an acciedent. That is the main reason why I'm on here tonight to improve what I've got so far. The only thing I can say is train hard, in the end its worth it. With 3 days a week and a hard working job got me in shape.
