What should I eat before working out and after? Just a quick question.

I like to eat some sort of sandwhich with lots of carbs and protein before I workout. Then after I workout I drink a muscle milk right away, and about 30 minutes later I eat a salad. That's just me though.
If it wasn't painfully difficult then you didn't do it right age:18 5' 81/2" 173 lbs goal : 195 supplements: Multi, fish oil

I would suggest timing the workout so you can have a meal afterwards. Pre workout shake is great but the answer to these is relative to your goals. Linda
