  • Muscle loss (less muscle = slower metabolism)
  • Water loss (dehydration)
  • Weight re-bounding (quickly lose weight, higher chance of gaining it back and then some)
  • Increased potential for gallstones (some studies show)
  • Possible loose skin if weight loss is excessive

Thanks for the advise Mark, I guess ill be consulting my doctor first before i go do any kind of "fast weight lossing programs".

Our bodies have a habit of restoring harmful substances in fat.
Thus, if one loses a lot of fat in a short period of time(e.g the idiotic diets which limit the calorie intake to a mere 1200-1600 per day and result in starvation) the substances, which have accumulated in fat, will be released into your bloodstream.
