Sh*ts that smell 50X worse then before. The posibility that you will get very bloated. Due to the increased water consumption pissing every 5 minutes, possible chance of dihearrea, and some of my friends got extrememly horrible body odar and lots of gas.

Yep mustangs right you can even faint after a workout all this and much more can happen if you do not follow the directions on the bottle. Ive been talking NO x for about a month now and have never had any of these bad side effects, but I did fell a bit blotted right after talking it. Just remember to drink plenty of water before, during, and after you workout to avoid dehydration, oh and follow the derections very important.

creatine mixed with flavouring tastes lovely i took 1 dose everyday for about 3 weeks, i didnt load because the body doesnt digest creatine for ages anyway, so the body loads up as long as you take no less than one dose a day. Its not brilliant stuff, i gained no weight with it, i noticed a very bloated belly, and discomfort in the midriff area, i pissed a lot, drank a lot, got headaches and insomnia, my **** smelled like it always did though lol, decreased sex drive, tiredness [maybe because of insomnia but dunno really] agitation, also i drank alcohol with it at a party 5 days after STOPPING, i had this drink 5 days before the party, i threw up, and passed out, and the colour was pink like the creatine i take, that **** stays in your stomach for ****ING ages. Like i said, no point with loading phases, ****s you up badly. Its not worth it, the **** doesnt work.

I use effervescent creatine (ISS brand fruit punch) **** is excellent tasting, the results are almost instantaneous, the effervescence keeps away ALL the side effects. Can't lose, and its 25 bucks for 24 workout days worth, so about 5 weeks.

No It's not a steroid. some side affects are: 1. cramping when you don't drink enough water 2. headaches if you don't eat enough protein 3. Sometimes people start smelling bad 4. bloating if you get cheap creatine 5. pissing about every half hour (not exagerating) Here's my recomendation as to which creatine to take. http://www.ndsnutrition.com/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=57 It's cheaper at GNC if you find one that has it though.

I would recommend starting off with perhaps a less potent creatine to start off. I've been taking creatine for about 2+ months and I've been using Anavol by NxCare for a majority of the time. It's a creatine ethyl ester so your body absorbs ot faster than monohydrate. I still only take half of the recommended dose and it works great for me. If you look at the label, there is not a significant amount of creatine in each serving, but it always does the job for me. The only side effects I noticed were some bloating/upset stomach (when I took monohydrate for a couple weeks) and I felt a little wierd the first week or so after taking a serving then lifting. I have several friends who have taken creatine for varying amounts of time and the biggest complaint (only mentioned by some) is water retention/los of definition. Hope this helps.

Today I took my creatine and was thirsty, I pissed after every set towards the beginning of my workout, it was rediculously annoying.

I am just starting to use Nitro-Tech and Cell-Tech. They both contain creatine. I was recomended these from an experienced friend. I am just starting to take both of these supplements. So im not exactly sure when Nitro-Tech started to put creatine into their supplement. I hope to get good gains from these supplements.

I would def. recommend that you DONT take nitro tech. Its not that I found it any worse than the 10+ other protein or creatine supps I have tried, but it def. wasn't better either. I did the nitro tech/cell tech stack for a few weeks and found that nitro tech worked alright (but tasted horrible and was hard to mix) but cell tech was nuthin special. Plus you have to consider the prices. They are about the most expensive supps I have ever seen and are not worth it. Go with a whey protein for after (and maybe before if ya want) workouts, creatine before workouts, and if you have extra money--Muscle Milk for before bed and/or in the morning. For creatine, like I said, I have had good results with Anavol for the past 2+ months, but I've also heard good things from my friends about NO-Xplode and Xceed. Hope this helps.

I tried NO Xplode for a while and tho I didnt feel completely juiced up before a lift, I did feel somewhat of a pump in the gym. The taste wasnt too terrible either...way better than the fruit loopy taste of the xyience formula...

creatine is good stuff, exept one possible side effect everyone forgot, some creatines can make your semen infertille so do you homework before going out and getting the cheapest or coolest looking creatine out there, unless you wanna be shooting blanks, lol.
