Hi, my friend wants to work out with me .. shes about 5'5 56 kg .. she has really thick thighs/legs looks like muscle .. and she wants to get skinny and toned for the summer in about 2 months .. shes gonna start running with me but what else can she do ? what routine can i give her ? supp ? and plus for some reason i dont see her eating that much or at all and yet she doesnt lose her weigth. i told her to eat more and frequently but smaller portions to amp her metabolism .. i dont know if that works for girls but maybe shes one of those who just have trouble losing.

briefly
1) your diet advice is correct
2)cardio, moderate intensity approx20-30 minutes per week
3)continue resitance training....this is essential for metabolic reasons, supersetting and similar strategys are best
4)the best diets to chose would be
a)ckg if she is disciplined
b)a 30/30/30 diet (ie Zone)
c)low carb, moderate fat, high protein
determine her basic caloric need and subtract 500 ed on any of the diets, once that is in place try
Biotests Farenheight, or
hotrox, or
lipo 6
you can run hotrox and lipo 6 togethter but be careful ramping up the doses
The most essential part of this endeavor is the diet and consistent cardio........best of luck

what kind of weight should be used ? bodyweight ? and what reps ? very high reps ?
 
were not trying to gain mass and get bigger .. exact opposite .. get way smaller and toned out ...

I would suggest light weight, high reps, cardio circuits and weight circuits.

can u describe the weight circuits and the cardio circuits?

Weight circuits is when you do a set of 12 or so different exercises back to back non stop, rest stretch and repeat 2-3 times through.
Cardio circuit is when you do the same as above except you do 1-2 mins of a bunch of different cardio machines and movements like jogging, cycling, jumping jax, stepping, skip rope, stair master, elliptical and rower for example.
YOu can also mix the two, weight and cardio circuit blended.

If she really weighs 56kg and is 5'5' she really is quite thin. Are you sure that is her weight/height?
I wish I was on Holiday. Gad dam it.
