ok some how on my left lower chest by my nipple  i decreased the mass of it and my right is a lil bit buffer at the bottom say if i wanted to decrease the mass on my right lower chest what could i do to do that

You cannot really spot reduce anypart of your body. All you can do is continue to work out and hope that it corrects itself.

but what i was saying was that i made it smaller the size on side of my lower chest so i want to make my right lower chest like my left

i guess you could say that but i'm not a fat person though cuz i'm 15  wieght 130 and 5'8 and one half but how would i make right go down like my left

Hi budy i think you are going opposite in direction its not a serious matter you may correct this just with adding afew exersices in your bench press but remember you can not decrease your other part as the previous means left chest to right but you may increase the size of your chest with respect to other chest muscle. you will increase the size of you left muslce not decrease the size of right one.

lol good one no quater.Smile  But i would have to agree with kaka you will have to increase the size of the left side of your chest.  It sounds to me like your not keeping good form and working muscles evenly.  well i hope you can fix it. good luck!
