When feeling pains it's best to see a doctor.

Is it just like a "soreness" in your lower back muscles? If it's just a slight soreness I would think it can be helped by stretching and strengthening the lower back thew stiff legged dead lifts or something of that nature.

hey yer thanx for the reply . I've been re-searching on the net about lower back pain it is most similar to a muscle spazium. Where by doing light excerise or getting up n down from sitting to standing hurts .The muscles tighten and jar up but at the moment its even a little bit painful to get around walking. dont know whats going on there but i did book a physio appointment

I had back pain for some time, and decided to get an X-ray. They said there wasn't something about the spine being slightly ached or something, but they said there was no problem. However the problem didn't go away, but it has actually healed pretty well now. I think it's probably from doing deadlifts and squats.
