lost 40 now what? - Wednesday, July 18, 2007 9:10 PM ( #1 )
I lost 40 lbs and have maintianed it since i began (6'2)(225-183) I was woundering if healithy eating is really my top priorty now?(I currently watch what i eat )I drink no soda and usualy take in 0 calories from drinks (except protien shakes) I lift extreamly freaquently and run a mile a few times a week If that helps with the advice.

well look at ur body and see if theres stuff u still want to change. do u want to get leaner? more muscular?

yea david is right, you need to find yourself and decide what changes you want to make,225 at 6'2 was not over weight to begin with, but your body will remember the size, most people think that a diet weight loss program will give them what they want, once they lose it, they go back to the same pattern of eating and it comes back and with a vengance. defintaly keep on the lifestyle change that you have already made.
