u cant target fat loss. u can only use more calories than u eat, and it will gradually burn off the fat. thats all u can do. discipline neede
After a few months: 

Weight: 177lbs

6 reps 
Deadlift: 300lbs
Squat: 240lbs
Bench: on hold. Rotator cuff injury

Follow this guide and you'll eventually lose fat in your stomach.  As GMCDRUM stated, you can not spot reduce, period.

Yes, it is a very simple straightforward formula, if your calorie intake is less than the calories your body consumes than you will loose fat. It is the only way.

lol thank you. i been on this forum for a year, only starting posting last month. anything i say on here, i'v probably paraphrased from you or a few others lol
