u cant target fat loss. u can only use more calories than u eat, and it will gradually burn off the fat. thats all u can do. discipline neede
After a few months: Weight: 177lbs 6 reps Deadlift: 300lbs Squat: 240lbs Bench: on hold. Rotator cuff injury

Yes, it is a very simple straightforward formula, if your calorie intake is less than the calories your body consumes than you will loose fat. It is the only way.

219 weight trying to lower 217 now. 2 months later. lol. 250 bench 305 squat 345 deadlift
