If you like cardio, that can help. An alternative is to reduce what you ingest. The reduction should not be dramatic, and the daily totals need to fluctuate. If you want to reduce your caloric intake by an average of 200 calories per day, then over the course of a week, you'll eat 1400 calories less (7x200). Each day, however, the volume will be different.
  • Day 1 - eat 400 under
  • Day 2 - eat 200 over
  • Day 3 - eat 400 under
  • Day 4 - eat maintenance
  • Day 5 - eat 500 under
  • Day 6 - eat 200 over
  • Day 7 - eat 500 under

Don't slow up on your training.

If you use a system that simultaneously detoxes your body while flooding it with highly bioavailable nutrition and protein then as your body flushes the toxins out, the fat will go as well since that is where toxins are stored.  All the while the muscle continues to build.  Detoxing also improves assimilation so you will be absorbing the maximum from the food you eat.  It’s ideal if you can know the formulator of the product you use and that they place a high priority on toxin-free, pure sources for their ingredients.  There are a few systems on the market that meet these criteria.  Many of the body builders that we work with are new to the notion of flushing toxins or have tried lower quality detox with no results.  They are shocked at the edge this approach can give them.

I do what shawnismyname does and that is working great for me. I also found a supplement that is helping me stick with cardio, which until this point I have hated. Me and the treadmill did not see eye to eye, it was a struggle for me to stay on for even 10 minutes, even with the tv on. I started taking Thermokinetic, I bought it on ebay and it was the best purchase I ever made. I am a person that does not believe in taking a diet pill, as I have in the past and they didn't work. This one is different because it makes you want to work out. A friend told me about it and I was skeptical, but she gave me a bottle to try and I could not believe how it helped me lose weight! Not the pill itself, but the fact that I was now doing the treadmill on a regular basis and the pill gave me the energy to do so. The key was though that I had to take it 30 minutes before my workout for it to really boost my workout. I at first started taking it when I woke up, but then didn't do the cardio until a few hours later and noticed nothing. But when I actually followed the instructions and did my workout within 30 min after I took it, what a huge difference! I am now doing cardio daily, 40 min per day and on the 8 incline. It actually helps me to LIKE working out. The main thing is it is ephedra free and you will get absolutely no jitters. I have bought it at ebay and at mysupplementshop.com. but you could do a google search and find it too. I highly recommend to those not looking for a magic weight loss pill, but for something that can help you stick to a workout, THAT is how the weight will fall off.
