I couldn't find anywhere on this website to post this, because there was really no place where it would fit in. So I just decided to post it here on the beginner's boards.

I've lost 55lbs. in the last three years. I'm now 17 years old and weigh 155, and I have 9% bodyfat. This is great, but losing weight also has its disadvantages. The skin on my stomach, sides, and lower back is really loose from being stretched out. It makes me look like I'm fat, but I'm not! It's just loose skin. People have told me that I'm buff and fat at the same time. =(

Is there anything I can do (besides surgery) to correct this? Is there any creams or any other products that I can use??

depends on how fast you lost the weight and how long its been since you lost it, it can take time for the skin to come back, sometimes it does not but in your case it should, Udos oil in your diet will help wth skin!

Thank you. It should come back, because I'm only 17 and I've lost the weight over the last three years. I'm still young and all that stuff. It's just that it's frustrating knowing that it'll just take time...

And also, what types of foods have Udos oil in them?

Udos oil is an oil you buy in health food stores, which are kept in a fridge, which is essential and you do not cook with it, just top it on foods or in shakes.  I take 8 tbs per day on avg and I am never more than 15-18% BF and always have a 6 pack even with the extra body fat!
Food which have EFAS are things like flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, fish oils and fish.

I've read about those. It doesn't seem like they'll do ANYTHING to get rid of this.

I hate it. I'm not kidding. I get depressed because I'm "buff" and fat at the same time. It looks so disgusting. I hate my body.

the skin should over time repair itelfs. You are young so dont say you hate your body or what not. You have plenty of time to fix the problem. And like angel suggested the oil will help

I did research on the oil though, and it doesn't seem like that or other essential fatty acids can tighten loose skin.

Also, I've been like this for about two years or so now.

Here are some links:

Now when I did bodybuilding I used it to prevent my skin from getting too leathery and loose from the leaning and it worked well.
I also have some old loose skin from drastic weight loss years ago from anorexia and it even helped with that, a bit, not a lot but a bit!

I have the same issue and I can say it has gotten better over time. My skin seems to catch up in cycles. You are young, so odds are you skin is going to catch up and be tighter than it is now with some more time, as long as you keep up with your exersize and diet.

Hey man I had the same problem.  I was 180 pounds last May, and by September I was 120, and I'm 135 now.  What helped me a lot with my skin was creatine, believe it or not.  I took it so I didn't look so flappy and emaciated and was exercising and eating right with it.  I did a 6 week cycle with it, and then stopped.  I went from 120 to about 130, and all of my loose skin was gone for the most part, but there was still some.  When I went off the creatine I lost about 3 pounds, and my skin went back to the way it's supposed to look.  It might just be my skin adapts faster than yours or some sort of genetic thing, but it might be worth a shot for you.
