First off, this place is ****ing awesome! I am so glad I found it. I a 20yr, 5'11, 165lb, man. I am skinny/slim bodytype. And I am trying to find some advice on the best way to become defined. I am currently not really defined at. I am not fat, I do not have a gut. I am just SKINNY. And sick of it. I have been going to the gym, and trying to just do what I can, what I think will help. But honestly, I have no idea what I am doing. I was looking to find a workout guide, a weightlifting guide, or something with a timeline to tell me exactly what is best for skinny men to do to get defined. I am in the Air Force, and fitness is a big part of my career. I am not only doing this for me, but for the Air Force. Whooah. Anyways, anyone have any ideas or links or SOMETHING. Let me know.
