found this work out changed it a bit to suit me a lil more
 
unsure about the soldirs though because i like maximmum movement and prefer a circuit for them...
 
 
 
Monday

Bench Press 4 x 6-8
Row 4 x 6-8
Squat 4 x 6-8
Military Press 4 x 6-8 
dead lift - 5 x 3
Chin Ups 5 x Failure
light lunges-2x20

Tuesday

cardio core and some machines


Wednesday - Recovery

Bench 3 x 3
Squat 3 x 3
Row 3 x 3
DB Military Press 3 x 3
Hyper Extension 3 x 5


Thursday 

ab work cardio and machines 

Friday - Max Effort Strength


Bench Press - Triples into singles; Max out
Squat - Triples into singles; Max out
Deadlift - Triples into singles; Max out
Miltary Press - 3, 2, 1 Waves
Power Clean - 5 x 1

Saturday

rest

Sunday

Rest

Thought that looked awfully familiar.

I like it. But, I forgot to add in, after four weeks you need to deload one week, and then jump back into it.

Also, the wednesday squats should be front squats. This is just the texas method with a little bit of change up.

Reminds me of the Texas Method. That's an awful lot of movements included in day 1.
