lol ok today the funiest thing happend i was incline benching 165 pretty easy and this kid comes up to me how much you weight so i was like 125 and he said omg you know the record for incline 125 is 135 and didnt belive him so i looked it was true so today i broke the school record from 98 and set it at 170 before it was 135 lol i got a kewl shirt

165 for incline?? wow thats alot, i can flat bench about 210 but can only incline about 135-45

very good man. excellent weight to lifting ratio. especially being that light. like 8pack said, wish people at my school didnt do so many roids lol.

in manifest's case, it sounds like puberty. haha plus, he's a big guy, they have an easier time building muscle.
