Im going to start a cutting diet on april 1st and it'll run into june most likely.I have a fairly high bf % after a 4 month bulk and previous weight before that not sure of the exact bf%.

Im thinkin im gona have to take a diet supp to help me acheive my goal of-current weight 210 to 190 and 9%bf which would be 10lbs per month

Im thinkin of taking lippo 6. has anyone had any experience with this product or know of anyother supp that will help me achieve my goal thats not packed with crap ingredients

I wouldnt take lipo 6,  it has guggulsterones which messes with your thyroid, which I dont think is a good idea. I have heard great things about Man Scorch, and Gaspari cytolean.
I want to try scorch here in a couple weeks, if I dont loose what I want through proper diet and exercise first. I would hold off and give it a few weeks eating right and doing cardio and see how that goes. Most fat burners suppress your appetite which could in turn lead to muscle loss if you dont maintain your gains by eating properly.

Well I guess the fat burner can hurt. Your diet and cardio sound like its going to melt the fat anyway but you could always speed it up, haha. Do you lose/gain easily?

Yeah, 8 a month for sure. If bulking is hard, losing should be easier. Thats how it works for me.

Lipo 6 is a reputable product that I think really works.  Almost all thermogenics on the market have some sort of effect on the thyroid and metabolism, that is what makes them work.  I'd say if you take the suggested amount until the bottle is gone, then change it up you'll be fine!
