so i recently ran out of n.o explode, just like it says on the label, once you train with it, you'll never train without it.  it was the first supplement i ever tried and once i tried it, i never lifted without it again. IM a huge fan of sups now.  Recently i ran out and lack the money to dop for another tub, so for the last week(4 workout days) iv been lifting without a sup.  I have to say im getting the best and longest workouts iv had in years. i think iv even noticed gaining just through this last week.  I dont know if i know i dont have a sup, so work harder and longer to get the same results or what.  Alli know is, lifting without my sup, which i was dreading, wasnt so bad.  I feel like a beast right now and i cant wait to get to the gym tonight.  so maybe its good to take a break from sups for a while..who knows.

also, need help increasing bench..whats best for number of sets and reps for building power.

When you take NO Explode you'll build up a tolerance to it and by the end of the tub it won't do too much for you.  So it was all a placebo effect.  It feels good going into the gym and realizing it wasn't the supp that was giving you the gains, it was you, doesn't it?

In reality all of us here are playing out this scenario just different goals, we put our bodies through god awful time spent working out and eating to a near perfect point for years to MAYBE reach a goal.

Yeah, I noticed that No xplode and nano were actually making my workout worse.

yes.. it clearly states on the label to not take the product for more than a few months at a time.

basically what they all say (nano, and no-x) is to CYCLE off and on of the products.

like yet mentioned... your body will build up a tolerance to a product.  kinda like drinkers need more and more alcohol to get the same effect... if that makes sense.
