lifting twice a day?

i usually do cardio first thing in the AM, then lift on my lunch break. i only have time to lift for about 45 minutes, so i usually don't feel like i had a good workout. i've tried supersets, but i can't do those forever. i was thinking lift on lunch as usual, then finish up the lifts i didn't get to do in the evening. opinions?

Lifting at different times of the day is fine, just make sure its never following a heavy cardio session. There are actually programs designed for this, so you might want to look into that.
6'3" @213 Squat 1x20x275 press:200, Deadlift:475, Bench:300, P.clean:235, Squat:385 "The only failure that is final is to stop trying to improve"

yeah it's ok mate but with cardio 1st thing as well it's gonna pretty much dominate your life!! what's your routine? maybe we can take a few exercises off to make it more doable in one session
