lately iv'e been taking mesotech, only cause iv'e found it for 25.00 a box (14 packets) which is a great price compared to the retarded price of 50.00! but i go through it quick, and i dont think it's worth the hype. so now i am going back to fuel plex, at 23.00 for 20 packets(45grms protein blend, 5 grams glutamine)i think its not bad stuff and it tastes good. i dont think ill use any of that stuff that contains 24 grms pro, that is just to little for the price you pay.so has anyone tried this protein? and what do you think of it? if you don't, what do you use, and why??

I use SportPharma Just-Whey and I tried and liked NitroSyn by iForce. Why: Because it's good quality protein. It mixes well. It goes with water and milk. I take it 4x a day.. it lasts about 3-4 weeks. I get 96g of protein on average from shakes and the rest from real foods. I don't need 50g in one sitting as I get plenty during the day. Sometimes you can get two 1.65lbs for a decent price. One for home, one for work. It's cost effective, it's high grade stuff and it lasts me a long time.. I only use shakes as supplementation. I use to do MRPs 3x a day and I just got fat. Even good food, healthy food, if not used will be stored as fat.

Optimum is about the cheapest retail product you can find. Bulk suppliers are cheaper.
