what is that thing called when u put weights on your toes? the weights touch you toe fingers. I started this 2 days ago and now i done 400 lifts of 7kg. Some guy says that is weak. well i dont beleave him. tell me how did i do. Oh and i am 15. I have done some arm works and stomach works and leg works and most of it all i gained 2.4kg in 3 days!!!!!!! all i did is start eating the good food and started weight lifting.
