leg routine for sprinting

I am currently on a bodybuilding type of lifting regimen, but I would like to know of a certain leg workout or exercises (only weights, I already know of plyometrics, ect.) that will increase my speed for sprinting (I run the 100M and 200M for my track team.) Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

no problem! hope it helps. plyos are essential though. Hell you probably could get by without doing leg weights if you have a great plyo program. Lunges and squats are probably the most essential for our sport though.
