lean muscle supplement

im wondering what is a good supplement to take to add lean muscle...had a friend tell me about tren xtreme but now i hear that its banned...see i just recently started back in the gym maybe 3-4 months ago and im leaning out pretty well its just that id like to be 200-205 lbs. and im dropping pounds pretty consistantly...ive cut out alot of my cardio just wondering what can give me that extra help

well that really isnt workin either...i walk around feeling stuffed all the time...how much do you guys weigh?? i think if i keep going like this i could be a 175 180 solid but id like to be a little heavier

YEah don't just stuff yourself silly mate, eat with some intelligence i.e. plenty of oily fish (mackerel, sardines), green leafy diet (spinage, brussels), green tea for the brews and if your wanting to have a supp for some muscular pump I would recommend taking something with an icariin content at pre-work out stage. Im currently using my usual small portion of whey with a very healthy (but sometimes pricey) diet, along with some 60% icariin extract capsules and thats pretty much it, its doing the trick for me as far as the cut and lean muscle dept goes, and doing it rather good i might add.

umm creatine might help you but mostly its about what you eat..and a multi vitamin is good too
