alright here are my stats:
17 y.o.
6'1"
180 pounds
lifting hard for 2 years
lifting routine: Max OT
Lift 5 days per week + 1 day of cardio/abs
daily caloric intake: approx. 5000 clean cals in a 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat ratio when on e-bol, 4000-4500 clean when off.
other supps:
ON Whey Protein
GNC megaman multi
dropping creatine mono going immediately into ebol so i skip the loading phase for the e-bol. that is, by the time the creatine fully leaves my body i will be well into my ebol cycle

I am trying to take out all of the variables so that it can be determined how i respond to just e-bol, and how a teenager responds to e-bol. my body responds best to max-ot so i hope this will enhance its effects.
i will be taking 2 pills three times per day: 2 upon waking, 2 with dinner, and 2 after workouts or with lunch on non-workout days.

first workout yesterday....in a word..AMAZING. I did 3 sets of 6 reps at 220 but it felt really light so the last set i moved up to 230 and i STILL felt that i could do more. i had a ton of stamina as well. not sure if this was from the ebol because i just started the day before, but somethig i'm doing is working

        E bol is very interesting because of Ecdysterone and I found it way back when I was reasearching for natural muscle-growth herbs... How does it feels like? I look forward to know what this sup can do to you!

my goals are to gain a solid amount of mass (i'm going for about 2 pounds per week). i have alot of energy in general and am ALOT hungrier than usual, which i think is a good sign considering i am trying to gain mass. like i had an 800 calorie lunch today, and i was starving within 2 hours. Also, my muscles are not as sore as they were before after my workouts, and my recovery time between sets has improved, i am assuming because of ecdy's ability to enhance VO2 levels.

My workout today went very well, chest and abs. next week will be the real test however, to see how much strength i have gained and how much quality weight i have put on.

ummm haha don't really know what to make of this but i weighed in at 184.2 today, 4 pounds more than what i weighed last week. my pants all fit the same, and my squat and military press went up ten pounds each. great workout today.

haven't deadlifted in a while, adn today i was able to do 3x6 of 265 after experimenting with different working weights. i think thats pretty solid. so, my squat is at 225 for 3x6, my deadlift is at 265 for 3x6, and my bench is at 245 for 3x6. thats pretty good for a weeks work i must say.

Thanks man...o haha woops for bench i meant 145 at 3x6...i do legs on sundays because i don't work on sundays so i have a ton of energy, then chest and abs monday because it is lagging so much, then back tuesday, shoulders and traps wednesday, and arms and abs thursday, then some cardio on friday.

That's a lot like what I'm doing right now actually.  Lookin' good.
