late night food

I eat 5-6 small meals a day in order to lose weight, but what that means is that I have to eat later at night now, like at 8 or 9, and something at 11. Besides protein shakes, protein bars, and cottage cheese ( which I heard is OK at night) what else can I eat that will be fine?
