i'm looking to play college lacrosse next year and i want to get faster and play better defense/better foot work.

i have ladders and a resistance running vest and have been using those for agility.

any ideas/suggestions for fast footwork drills, and getting faster.

in addition to the ladder, you can also use the "dots" and the dot drill......its what a lot of hockey players use to improve agility.
