ok, heres the new STRENGTH routine i've devised. i havnt figured out the sets/reps yet, but i'm not gonna mess around anymore at all. all the sets are going to be heavy. Week1 Monday Squat Bench Deads Weighted Dips BB Row Wed Squats SOHP Cleans SLDL Weighted Chinups Friday Squats Bench Deads Clean to Squat BB Curls Week 2 Monday Squats SOHP Cleans BB Rows Incline Press Wed Squats Bench Deads Weighted Dips Weighted Chinups Friday Squats SOHP Cleans SLDL BB Curls Rinse and repeat back to week1. Squat every workout and am alternating the bench and sohp, and the deads and power cleans. The first three lifts are done in that order, squating, upper body movement second and then the pull third. The rest of the lifts are just assistance excersises and are subject to change when i feel necessary whereas the first three will stay the same.

OH BAJEEZY, your right >.< what will i ever do?? oh well, i eat tons and tons of mayonase which is really good for the joints. keeps the joints lubricated i hear. it will be all good as long as mayonase exists. =D --oh ya almost forgot. i only do 1/4 squats so its all good. my knees dont have to move as much so its much much safer to do 1/4 squats. damn i'm good!

Creatine? Mayonnaise?... Add some salsa and I think you'll be good. And NO further than a fourth of the way down. You'll have to buy protein if you do. Dang, that isn't for the meek! Are you shooting for any weight gain? Eating heavy, light, dirty, clean? Just curious.

Just got to becareful with that routine.. You can end up injuring your self. You will feel when it's too much stress on your muscles though. Keep your reps around 6 - 8 always have that really light warm up set of say 12 reps. Also try decreasing your rest time per set one week and then going back the next week at your regular rest time between sets to see if it makes a difference. Good Luck.

You are going to get so fat lifting those heavy weights all the time. are you going to be eating the mayo or just using it as lube for your joints? I actually like that routine though

lol, too funny. that was a joke up there LOL. wanted to see if any nubs were like "oh really?? mayonase helps for reals??" Toolman got the joke for sure! way to keep it going LOL. Toolman- primarily shooting for strength gains. weight gain i'm positive will happen for sure, but strength is the goal on this one. am eating heavy and clean...except for popcorn every now and then. i love the stuff LOL. IBB-my warmup will be good. kind of like this bar x 5 X 2 95 x 5 x 1 135 x 3 x 1 185 x 2 x 1 begin work sets. yep my reps are going to be in the 6-8. thats what i have been doing. going to do a set across once a week on each of the 3 lifts. probably on mondays. ranger20- it was a joke LOL

That sounds good man. I'll definitely be watching closely. In a few weeks it will be time for a new routine for me. If you see good results from this one I may give it a shot too

tin man grease always keeps my leg from locking up, one time both my arms got stuck and I had to ask another guy in the gym to grab my oil can and help me out, talk about embarrassing...

yes sir, that tin man grease is excellent stuff! Just be sure to apply externally, the stuff can hamper your progress if you swallow it or use it by injection. (DISCLAIMER--this is just a joke, do not seriously consider using wd-40 for your joints unless you are ironman)

I rub wd-40 all over my hands before I do OLY lifts, it really gets my blood pumping to know that the bar could fly out of my hands at any moment and possibly injure someone severly.
