kre-alkalyn?

I have been starting to hear alot about K-A. Alot of kids at my high school take it. Anyone here take it? Does it work well? Is it true taht it wont hurt my stomach b/c its "100% stable"? Look at this link i found about kre-alkalyn

I don't know, never heard of or used this stuff...but i've read some testimonials on it and it sounds pretty promising. I'm going to start using No-Xplode tho like next Friday if its delivered on time lol

I've used it before...from that site actually. It is in pill form and it was just okay. No big results. It was different than other creatine that I have used in the past though. It did not make me retain water, so I didn't gain much weight. It seems like I felt the results in my strength though. It was a while ago. Over all, I would say just go with regular creatine over the buffered Kre-Alkaline...like maybe Trac, or mix some regular creatine with their Nitro AKG. I've used that before and gotten just as good results as with NO2.
