knee pain - Thursday, January 26, 2006 8:31 PM ( #1 )
2 days ago i was doing dead lifts, and at first my right knee started slightly hurting, then they both started hurting

when i got up to walk around my knees felt like they were stabbed straight through the knee caps. i stopped doing dead lifts, and about 1/2 hour later the pain went away.

should i get knee wraps?
should i be concerned?

Sounds like for, your knees were probably knocking in...you need to keep them from not going forward of toes but also keep mid knee alignted with outter tip area of foot, nice and sturdy strong.
