i want to try this, anyone know any good diet samples i could use, im fairly new to this since ive been using the 40-40-20 diet with no success, im currently 13% bf

I found the keto section of bodybuilding.com very helpful.  One of the sticky's has TONS of diet samples :)

I had a quick search, and yes, indeed it call's for a low carb diet. I wouldn't dare to try a diet like that. Any diet that encourages to consume the extreme end (very high fat, very high carb, very high protein or very low carb.....etc) is not worth trying. You need a balanced diet to see results. Maybe the reason you haven't been seeing the results is because of your diet+workout. I'm not sure if you are bulking or cutting, but I'll give u two links, one for bulking and the other for cutting
