keto diet sample?

i want to try this, anyone know any good diet samples i could use, im fairly new to this since ive been using the 40-40-20 diet with no success, im currently 13% bf

I had a quick search, and yes, indeed it call's for a low carb diet. I wouldn't dare to try a diet like that. Any diet that encourages to consume the extreme end (very high fat, very high carb, very high protein or very low carb.....etc) is not worth trying. You need a balanced diet to see results. Maybe the reason you haven't been seeing the results is because of your diet+workout.
