i am worried about losing muscle mass through the lacorsse season because of all the running we do. I was wondering if i took that muscle milk colligiate or watever wich is desgined to replenish athleats protein supply. If anyone has done this before guidence would be greatly appreciated.

eat lots of protein to feed your muscles
