Holy cow! Awesome progress. I really believe in this program. I went roughly from where you did and made some serious quick gains. Your whole post is a testament to the success for some people on this program. Thanks! And great job Justin.

I wish I had known about the issues with your journal. Maybe I could have helped?

PM me if you run into problems.

Marc

well im finishing up this week then i guess taking next week off because thats what the max ot workout says to do, the only supplement im taking right now is creatine, i was thinking i might wanna start taking 1-ad but im not sure its legal since im in the airforce. and i don't know how if its really that good, and i know i should be taking protein supplements but im being a little lazy in that department, and in the eating because i go to work at 11 at night get home 7 in the morning then go to sleep and wake up at 4 afternoon the go to the gym at 5 get home at 6 then go to school at 7 get home at 10 then go to work at 11 again, you see, i need this next week off cause my wrist is starting to hurt and my shoulder a little, well do you think i should take 1-ad and do you think its ok since im in the airforce

I wouldn't take it.

1) If there's any question to it's legality, why risk it? Talk to the CO or somebody and say that you were thinking of doing this and get the approval. Who knows. Somebody with military experience might know.. I don't. But if there's a question and if somebody had an issue with it.. that would really suck.

2) If you are having wrist pains and the shoulder and you are lacking in the protein and nutrition department I would advise against it. Pro-hormones are not just some supplement. They are to take you to the next level.

I'd wait until you figured out if it was okay to take it in your current situation and I'd get my nutrition 100% on track before trying it. That way you'll be sure to maximize the gains. And you'll know your body and your limits a lot more.

So that's what I think. Smile

1-ad is naturally activated which makes it legal although it is still a steroid. Im not sure about the military since you arent a civilian, so you'll have to ask your military doctor. 1-ad from Ergopharm is the best and it worked pretty well for me, but take 4-ad to combat the side effects. I didnt and the effects didnt make me feel so great. Plus you will want to take something to kick your natural test back in after the cycle (6-oxo). So at minimum you will be taking 3 supplements. Its up to you.

I used to work the late shift and found it better to hit the gym after i got out of work and then slept. Plus your t-levels will be at its highest in the morning hours between 7-10am.
