just starting to lift again ( make suggestions ) - Monday, November 27, 2006 8:25 AM
after completely stopping all lifting for about 3 1/2 months im finally starting up again.
 
supplements i want to take
 
Animal Pak
Animal M Stak
and Whey protein
 
should i start off with all 3 right away?  when during the course of the day should i be taking these?
 
which is the best whey protein to get? GNC brand? or something else?  or would it be better to take muscle milk?

start of by taking whey 1st week
2nd week one animal pack and third week another that way ur body is slowly adapting to new things. instead of trying to process it all at once. and every1 knows the best protein for your buck is 100% gold standard whey.(big black tub)

Agreed on the Whey protein..  ON is the WHEY to go
 
I personally did not care for the Animal Pak for the money,  I have used Opti-Men and a other multis...

I really liked Animal Pak, the way I felt in the mornings changed for the better when I took one with breakfast, I was more awake and in a better mood. Drawback is cost.
