update! 8/3/09 maxes and goals bench - need to remax goal bench - 405 squat - need to remax goal squat - 500 deadlift - need to remax goal deadlift - 500 weight -174.8 8%bf

How long have you been liftin for? Also, I noticed that you said that you are a boxer. I just recently started getting into that (actually it's MMA, which is like 60% boxing though). I'm really thinking that it's helping me to stay lean.

Looks good, I would just keep doing what you have been suceeding with. Nice lift totals with your weight. Would like to see a leg shot one of these days though.

Dude, I can't believe that is 10% BF. you are ridiculously lean there and in your avatar. I think I would resemble something like that if my BF was as low as yours except you are strong as hell.

Perrynaytor Dude, I can't believe that is 10% BF. you are ridiculously lean there and in your avatar. I think I would resemble something like that if my BF was as low as yours except you are strong as hell. well the 10% is a rough estimate, i never had my bodyfat done, it very well could be lower, i have no clue, but then there are those days when i retain water weight and i dont look as cut and then some days i wake up super ripped, so i just guessed 10% for me strength comes easy, i have a hard time putting on mass, so i gave that up, besides i think i would have an advantage fighting at middleweight being as strong as i am, so im trying to stay between 170-180, and when fight time comes get down to about 165, my left hook is no joke lol
