joint supplements (nutrajoint)

Anyone familiar of Nutrajoint supplents? Or can I just eat a serving of Jello everyday to get the samething? http://www.justaskmarc.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=537&Itemid=80 (Middle of the article) For some reason I've been getting exercise related injuries a lot the past few months. First it was a strained back due to tight hamstrings/glutes (I stretch ALOT now), then knee contusion, sprained ankles, shoulder pain (went away when I started doing 2 rotator cuff exercises), and know tendinitis in my left wrist. I don't know if I'm missing something in my nutrition, or if it is just bad luck lately. My nutrition is very good, with fish oil, multi vit, glucosamine/condroitin supplements, and the usual protein supps. I want something to protect my joints and to keep them healthy and not make exercising the cause of my body deterioration. I have a physical job (firefighter) so I need to be as healthy as I can be. Thanks for any info!
