ok iv bin starting since 8-11-06 but i finally got time to post. also im on nitrix,cellmass, whey isolate, teen multi, and super b-complex. still didnt start my diet check stats on the 14th lol

well today was leg day...
i started out with warm ups, then went to real stuff:

squat       165   8    4
leg ext.    75     8    4
leg curl     55     8    4
deadlift    165    8    3
bent over barbell row        95    8    3

im pretty sore. 

8-12-06
my legs are killing me. my ass is on fire. i dred havong to go to the bathroom later. lol

8-13-06
legs still lilling me lol. not quite as bad but really sore.

8-14-06
chest today. did max-ot with bench... tried to atleast. lol

lol 15. i asked my doc about the supps and he lifts and he said its ok.

I'm not concerned about the safety of lifting, that's up to you to worry about. I was just going to say you've got an awesome start to work with and you're going to be a beast if you keep at it for a few years. Consider yourself lucky.

well im embarresed to even say this but here it goes :/ i went on vacation for 3 days and had to lift saturday instead of friday... saturday i woke up and didnt have the energy to lift. i didnt even feel like lifting and legs is the most exciting this to me... i feel liek **** cuz i wanted to lift so bad. heres wut i did

squat
       set 1 135-12
       set 2 145-8
       set 3 155-6
       set 4 165-8
       set 5 165-8  
       set 6 165-8
       set 7 255-3

my legs feel like jello and thats all i had it in me to do... i went took a shower and went to sleep. i was so tired i have no idea y. lol it getting me mad. monday im gonna murder my chest just so i can feel good. i have no-xplode but i have blue rasberry and cant stand the taste so i dont take it. whats and flavor that taste some what good.

good workout, i was sore and still am. tomorrow i will feel good to. i stoped taking the cell mass because i dont think its working at all. the nitrix is still giving me pumps and i love the way its working. after i lift im always about 1/2 bigger than when i started.

i got rid of cell mass and no-xplode and picked up a muscletec stack. i returned the stuff to gnc so i didnt really care. my recovery times were the same if not longer. so i got rid of it.

im not sore at all today and i feel great. my lifting buddy did the same stuff but less weight. he's 4'11",96lbs, 95max bench, does sets of squats with 100lbs. he has a pain in his lower stomach. im not sure what it is. we use belts and tighten them very good. i pray to do its not a henia. please if any1 can help me i would greatly appreciate it. thanks
