Message hopefully 4 the knowlegdeable Nitro! or those ooo can elp! I`m now 31!! nightmare! I`am a bad lad who has bin smoking cannabis EVRY DAMN EVENING 3 to 5 spliffs a night. since i were 13 so pretty much all me life. I simply could not kick the habit. Until I finally got onto a musical theatre degree course (hes always wanted to be singer/dancer) and gave up for 3 years (because i was focussed and had a goal). Started again straight after and have been smokin it every night since leaving 7 years ago. I hav had so many bad habits love COCAINE & CANNIBIS and other things. I KICKED IT ALL 2 and a half WEEKS AGO. I FEEL GREAT skins improved/sex drive/eating & nutrion/motivation lots of results. BUT I`am a measly 10 stone at 6" and REEEEAALLY want a chicago the musical physique I`m sure you`ve seen the guys on the adverts? I wanna be hooj. Eating routines (Work in theatre get home 12am) 11:30 am Hoooj bowl of berries and cherries dorset cereal. 13:00 bananana 15:00 normally baked beans on toast or brie sandwiche 17:45 sandwiche sausage or egg mayo 20:30 big cold pasta meal whislt at work plus copias ammounts of grapes or blueberries/blackberries (sale fruits) 23:00 dried fruit mainly raisins 01:00 3 slices of nutty brown bread and stroberry jam or peanut butter. OH I DRINK ABOUT 10 CUPS OF COFFEE STILL A DAY LIKED IT WITH MY SPLIFFS & NEEDED IT TO WAKE UP all time! I have now started some arm curls and pec curls?! elp me out som1, I believe i have a good diet (NO MEAT AS SUCH THO) but cant stick with exercise. HOPE SOM1 HAS TIME AN PATIENCE TO READ MY NOVEL AND GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON BUILDING 2 stone of muscle weight pwease. Lotsa respect and lurv out to yall!
