as stated above... and one more... howta knoe the % of our body fat? i only wanna concentrate on my stomach now and legs... argh

you work abs while jogging im pretty sure.Do calipers for bf, and never work out certain muscles can cause imbalance and injury. They should call this preteen and teen section.

You will work you lower abs mostly barely anything above that. You need to have 10-15% body fat for abs to show up really good and when you jog you mostly increase your endurance, constant fast pace running will work your endurance and legs together. There are body fat calculators online in excel format, but you need lots of body measurements for it.

Any bf percentage under 10 will get your abs showing great. Don't workout certain parts of your body, you have to workout the whole thing for efficient gains in hypertrophy and strength, and so that the rest of the body can support the parts you want to be stronger. If you just work out your abs and legs, your upper body won't be able to take it and at some point in the near future and will cease to grow. And you're very vulnerable to injury that way.

Jogging isn't an efficient way of building ANY muscle, it's for cardio. Sprinting is a diffrent story as it's more similar to weight lifting in a sense, but again. Not the most efficient way to build muscle, expecially abs.

all jogging will realy do is lower your body fat so if you already have good abs under some fat thats covering then get rid of the fat by jogging/ sprinting and u will see your abs when your body fat is about 10%.... to build your abs try doing weighted sit ups or something
