What is your goal?

Why use the protein when do you plan to use it...what does your diet and training look like now?

What else are you taking?

Okay then, you are old enough for creatine.  Check out these companies when making your decision on what to order.  Designer Supplements, Serious Nutrition Solutions, MAN, Ergopharm, Dymatize, and Thermolife.  These are solid reputable companies.  Good luck!

you shouldn't train for more than about an hour each day. after an hour your glycogen (i think that's the word) levels are depleted and you could be over training. protein is good with any sort of supplement. the more the better.

If training does exceed an hour you can sip on BCAA's throughout your workout with no problems.  If possible, take BCAA's anyway.
