i added everything up and it came jus under 1000 calories. 58g protein, 39g fat. yea the fat and calories is a little high. i guess i made a bad decision. well im going burn it off in a lil while anyway. i will jus stick to a salad for lunch and something healthy fro dinner too.

I think he meant he only had 1x everything listed, but ate it with 5 pieces of bread, and you're thinking he ate 2.5x everything listed

nope dude its almost 1000 calories. i calculated all of it myself. so you telling me im wrong? i know how to add you know... i mixed all the peanut butter and stuff in a bowl and put it on 2.5 sandwiches. 5 slices of bread. do you want me to post the numbers so that you believe me, im not wrong dude.

lol he wasnt arguing with about the calories... if you read his post he said he misinterpreted it and that it could be roughly 1300 calories, i dont know why you are so stuck on it...

Chill guys :) Let's say it *was* about 1000 calories, even then it's still way high, remember you gotta fit another 5 or 6 meals in on top of that. Then there's the sugar...
