That depends, have you been increasing the weight like that for a while or you have been doing samething and now you decided to try more weight and you succeded?

I used to do same weight, without trying heavier weights, and then I tried couple of times and realized that I was doing light weight all that time. So, I increased weight lifting by 10-15 pounds in some cases.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts!

man, a 2-3% BF rise in 1 week is very bad. even if you ARE eating good foods etc. your body can only absorb so much nutrients and the rest will turn to fat. eat a little less, youll still be getting good weight gains without the giant leaps in bodyfat.
cheers man.

yea true, that is a big difference in body fat percentage.  just like ado said, eat a little less and see how it goes, if no gains, go back to what you were eating.
