7 am:gainer shake( i make it)
- 8 oz fat free milk
- 2 packets oatmeal( i put it in the microwave first)
- 2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop whey protein
- half cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1 yogurt

9 am:
- 1 whole wheat bagel with 2 slices of turkey breast (deli) and i slice of 2 % cheese
- 2 pieces of whole wheat pita with 2 slices of turkey breat and 2% cheese

noon:
- 1 cup of white rice(dont like brown)
- 5 oz of chicken breast

2 pm:
- 1 cup of quinoa
- i tuna can or  6 oz of chicken breast

4 pm:
- half cup of cereal( whole grains)
- i yogurt
-1 scoop of whey protein with water

6:30 pm
-2 bcaa's
workout
7:30 pm:
- 12 oz of water with anator p70 (post workout)

8:30 pm
-2 potatoes
-6 oz chicken breast

well that is my diet im thinking to add 1 more gainer shake after workout but im not sure yet
plssss repost and let me know if is a good diet or if i should add more stuff.....thankss

It doesn't matter if you are cutting or bulking, you need to add veggies to every one of those meals.  Potatos, oats quinoa, rice are all starchy carbs ADD fiberous carb a.k.a. veggies to EVERY meal.

Your first meal is way too big, IMO.  I would eat the shake OR the oatmeal with protein added.  Switch to rolled or steel cut oats INSTEAD of the packets.  The packets are LOADED with sugars.

that is what im doing i eat potatoes ,quinoa, and oatmeal ,the oatmeal i eat is thatone with very low sugar 1 gram per packet so is not that bad

How many calories is that diet?  It wouldnt be enough for me i dont think. make sure the yogurt isnt loaded with sugars.  Use flaxseeds freshly ground in your shakes.
