hey well 2day i was trying out my first day of strengh training and it was going well untill i couldnt rep more than 1 rep for my military bench press then i exploded with anger and i could all of a sudden rep nearly as much as i could when i first stared (6 reps) and i was like wow where did that come from

That's adrenaline for you. A lot of times you'll see powerlifters shouting and freaking out and having their wives hit them in the face and stuff before they lift to get their adrenaline pumping before a big lift.

Psychologically preparing for a lift is crucial when attempting max or near max weight. You have probably only touched on the kind of focus you can achieve at your potential. okay i meaqn im realy weak i mean i was only pressing about 28kg or something im seriously weak for 15 even though im only 114lbs and 5ft 3...i should be stronger so i just got angry and bang lol

i wouldnt say its that bad for how much you weigh. You need to bulk is all.

yup im bilking now coz i think im cut enough lol my abs are easily seen without tensed so im doing strengh training while im bulking :)

ROFL...have you seen Crank (the movie about adrenaline?) what was it that he kept taking? Epinephrine (sp)?

Probably Ephedrine. I've taken it myself and you feel like you're always jogging instead of just walking, sprinting instead of jogging and dying instead of sprinting.
