that WAY too many calories for one of ur meals considering ur trying to lose weight

3 tbl spoons peanut butter-300 calories
3 tbl spoons pure cane syrup
-165 calories (not healthy)
2 tbl spoons peanuts- -80ish calories (why is this measured in tbsp?)
1 scoop eas whey--110 calories
2 pieces wheat bread-180 calories
dry milk- about 200 calories if its a full glass

thats 835 calories per sandwhich, and u had 2.5 of them??? thats 2090 calories right there and with the milk thats atleast 2290 calories.

i added everything up and it came jus under 1000 calories.

58g protein, 39g fat. yea the fat and calories is a little high. i guess i made a bad decision. well im going burn it off in a lil while anyway. i will jus stick to a salad for lunch and something healthy fro dinner too.

Yeah dude, thats one dense meal right there.  And it's not really high protein, either.  I would actually call it low protein/high carbs & fat.  If your trying to lose weight this is an exceptionally bad meal.

EDIT: I bet it was good tho

theres no way thats even close to 1000 calories, how did u get that number?   unless u mean u spread out that mix between all 2.5 sandwhiches? in that case it would still be 1300 calories. and it may have moderate protein but as far as ratio's go its pretty low in protein

I think he meant he only had 1x everything listed, but ate it with 5 pieces of bread, and you're thinking he ate 2.5x everything listed

i dont care either way. the numbers i was using was for the average pb, protein powder, bread, etc.....

urs could be lower than average. it doesnt change the fact that the meal isn't good for u.

holy crap who cares about the numbers. the calculations i made are off averages for those foods, as i already told u yours could be lower.

stop trying to justify eating it, its not good for u trying to lose fat, end of story.

Chill guys :)

Let's say it *was* about 1000 calories, even then it's still way high, remember you gotta fit another 5 or 6 meals in on top of that. Then there's the sugar...

getnswole, id recommend eating 20 - 30 of those per day. at least. that way you will be getting in your 20,000 calorie per day minimum.
