at 13 my max was around...95 lbs. i weighed around 115 at the time too. so if its all relative, your bench isnt bad for now. just keep working out and develop a routine.
 
you might want to wait until your 15 to really start working out. i heard there could be a lot of negative effects of weight lifting so young.
Height = 5'8.5"
Weight = 148
Age = 17 - Junior
Bench = 210
Squat = 300
Deadlift = 320

at thirteen i never heard of bench press neither i was hearing and trying to get with the girls keep up the great work...

damn.. I could only bench 135 like twice at the age of 15 :\ Id say it's pretty good.  Next year get in to training and stay in unless you already started.

150 is good like people have alraedy said.. im 16 and started working out in grade 9 (13 years of age) i never went for my max. i was just doing full body workouts everyday to combat a back problem. around last year i decided to get more into and workout harder and hit 300 on the bench press. i'm also 6 "5" 225 lbs. but every week i was just adding weights after weights. im sure in a few years if you keep working out hard your going to just take off hopefully. It was a pretty cool experience, our bodies can do so much still

All the threads you have posted on are very old and your not likely to get responses, you might have better luck posting on the new threads..btw it is in lb.

Squat 255 ATG

I didnt start working out till last year, and i have just really started now, mainly cutting, my max bench last year when i was 14 was 100, so yes IMO that is great!
vert work and cutting..
Vert-23" ish, almost rim, rim with 2 steps and hop..

Back then-180-185 day
Now-171-175 day

Goal-155
