I personally don't like that saying for this reason exactly lol.

To many kids will try to work through pain, thinking that they aren't "tough" if they don't, and end up getting serious injuries. Is it a sore kind of pain or sharp?

you can feel the difference between good pain and bad pain, when they say no pain no gain theyre talken about the good pain, if your feelin some sort of sharp aching pain then stop

well the way ill describe it is kind of like
if you HARSHLY flex your muscles and
its not really a sharp pain but a pain that goes from
a gradual burning and twitching like pain
and builds up the more and more reps i do
(juts for inisight; my forarms are not massive there sort of between skinny & avrage
but with alotta tone)

thats not making since to me are you flexing your muscle or working out when it hurts.either was i'd say stop what your doing for a few days and see if its better. Better to miss a couple workouts than months..

Hmmm.... Sounds like your getting a pump in your forearms, not sure what you mean by pain. Thats what my bi's feel like after a workout.

IMO though you really don't need all of those forearm isolations though. Just stick to doing deadlifts and do some wrist curls like on the bottom of bicep curls and that'll cause plenty of microdamage to your forearms.

might be a dumb question but lactic acid is what builds up and makes your muscles sore if you dont drink enough water right?i think that's what my track coach said..

lactic acid builds up from as a result of cellular respiration, drinking water can make it subside faster as the increased water kinda flushes the lactic acid away

there's good and bad pain.   good pain = lactic acid heaven and it eventually goes away.

bad pain is warning you of a potential injury usually if you're not careful

Everyone has failed to address the more important question here: Why the **** are you isolating your forearms so much???  Ever heard of deadlifts?
